Please note the Expedited and 2-Day Expedited shipping options cannot be shipped to a PO Box. If shipping to a PO Box, please be sure to select the Standard Shipping option.

Since fragrance is considered a Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via standard ground shipping methods and cannot be shipped via expedited shipping methods.

Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with your individual state tax guidelines and is approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped. The following states will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping and handling charges where appropriate: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA and WA.

Returns and Exchanges

We know you will love your IH goodies. However, if you are not satisfied, please email our support team at with your order number and we can issue you a return label. You can also click here to chat with us. Items returned within 30 days of purchase can be refunded to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling fees). Returns up to 90 days from date of purchase are eligible for exchange. Please ensure that all returned items are in the original packaging and in new, unused condition. All items purchased during any sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

What is the return/exchange process for international customers?

Items returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a refund - but due to the cost of international shipping we will refund 80% of the retail value paid. We will not ask you to send the item back. Should you need a replacement for damaged/defective items we will do so within 90 days of purchase. We do not refund taxes, duties or shipping fees.
