2,000 ORANGES and 1,600 LOO ROLLS

Over 2,000 oranges, 700 cans of tuna, 3,000 lbs of grits and 1,600 loo rolls are now distributed each weekend. Just to name a few of the essentials that have been bought, shipped, stored, unpacked, repacked and hand delivered between Harbour Island and North Eleuthera. Shit, do you know what’s involved in that? It involves a huge community effort, a razor-sharp steering committee, and an incredible amount of good will. Everyone now needs to go home and put their feet up for a bit because this will continue week after week.
